Premier Diagnostics Ltd, UK’s leading manufacturer of emissions test equipment with renowned patented technology, welcomes Ralph Wilce in the role of Export Development Manager as of February 1st, 2017.
With a background in export and a successful track record in international sales development in emissions test products and automotive tools and equipment, Ralph is looking forward to realising export opportunities for Premier Diagnostics, increasing international brand awareness and market share.
Ralph joins Premier Diagnostics from Kane International Ltd, where he developed their international automotive and combustion business and secured key international product approvals. Before joining Kane, Ralph was export manager at Sykes-Pickavant Ltd, where he managed sales growth of both their tools and diagnostics divisions worldwide. After the acquisition by Facom of France, he developed export business across a new platform of group brands.
Tri-lingual in English, German and Dutch, Ralph has been based both in the UK and on the continent in previous roles, which has developed his understanding of individual market needs and an international customer centric approach.
Ralph welcomes Premier’s decision to add focus to its international activities at a time of expected changes to UK’s trading relationship with the EU and the rest of the world and is looking forward to the challenges ahead.
With increased pressures to ensure vehicles are compliant with real driving emissions limits, it will be increasingly important to check the workings of the emission reducing technologies fitted to vehicles in the aftermarket as part of roadworthiness testing. With the high level of accuracy of Premier’s emission test equipment, this will be an opportune moment for the Company to contribute to this process and develop its brand internationally.
